About Blue Brick Inspections
My name is Jacob Tarr, and I own Blue Brick Inspections. I began home inspecting in Savannah, Georgia, in 2017. I inspected for five years and completed over two thousand home inspections. After moving to Raleigh in 2022, I was a contractor performing exterior renovations such as roofing and siding for two years. Then, I was ready to start my own inspection company!
My unique experience with Historic homes in downtown Savannah, newly built beach houses, and everything in between has given me a great perspective. Home inspecting is all about understanding the short-term and long-term effects of each concern. I aim to help my clients identify concerns, understand those effects, and feel comfortable with their next stage of homeownership.
